Dr Sabina Alatari Ngodigha (Nee Waribugo) was born on the 30th of April 1970. She obtained her first school leaving certificate from Arinze Model Primary School Benin City, Edo State in 1981 and Secodary School certificate in 1987 from Holy Mary Comprehensive College Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Her first degree (B.Sc Fisheries) was obtained in 1995 and M.Sc in 2007 both from Riveres State University of Science and Technology (Now Rivers State University, Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria) and PhD in 2018 from Niger Delata University, Amassoma, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. She has been a Fisheries lecturer in Isaac Jasper Boro College of Education (formally Bayelsa State College of Arts and Science) for 13 years where she has grown to Principal Lecturer and presently the Head of The department of Agricultural Education in the Institution. Her publications consist of 4 local journals, 23 international journals and a book. She has also attended 8 conferences. Dr Sabina Alatari Ngodigha is the widow of Late Prof. Ebiegberi Michael Ngodigha and they are blessed with 4 kids.
