Arthon holds an MSc. in Business and Management from the University of Strathclyde and BSc. In Economic (Business Studies) from Aberystwyth University. He was a Director at Narong Seafood. With twenty-plus years in the seafood business, he thrice served as Secretary General of Thai Frozen Foods Association. He is a Director of Master of Management in the Entrepreneurship program at Bangkok University. Arthon is also Director of Quality Ice Solutions, a leading rental ice making Machine Company in Thailand.
