The free of charge membership is valid only for the “Joining Year” of each volunteer, Thereafter the volunteer has to pay a standard fee to renew the membership each year.

The volunteer should actively contribute to all physical events, activities or programs organized by the association in their living countries. (Exceptions are allowed only for very reasonable and considerable facts. The final decision is up to the rights of the relevant supervisor and top-level authorities of the association).

The volunteer should send a progress report within one week after the particular event, activity or program organized by the association.
The volunteer should attend all the meetings organized by the association relevant to them in the form of physically or virtually.
The volunteers should communicate the difficulties, problems or other types of inconveniences about the associational executions and implementations to the immediate supervisor of them at the initial stage without waiting for the last moment and things getting worse.
The volunteers should have strong evidence about the financial transactions done by on behalf of the association and present those for immediate supervisors within a reasonable period for the eligibility of the reimbursement of those expenses.
The volunteers are eligible to utilize other benefits mentioned in the associational website, only if he or she can fulfill above-mentioned tasks, adhere and respect for the rules and regulations established and executed by the associational authorities while behaving in a responsible manner.
