The aim of “The South-South Aquaculture and Fisheries Cooperation” will act as the main body amalgamating Asian and African countries in one platform via fruitful cooperation. In an effort of “Rising Africa” via Asian region SSAFC will ensure the transferring of Asian aquaculture experience and know-how to the African region. Thus, the Asian network will continually support the African region for the exchange of knowledge via wide array of annual activities including workshops, webinars, policy debates, expos as well as learning from each other physically as well as virtually.
We, The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM) have built a good network around 1000 participants, 30+ partners in this field in line with the annual conference on Fisheries and Aquaculture over the years. We believe the Cooperation will be a good platform for all the researchers, practitioners and policy makers to be connected, share knowledge, meet each other and make strong relationships. Moreover, TIIKM has a unique experienced team that could manage the SSAFC with the guidance of the Executive Committee. Comprising of a rich publication team which could handle all publication related work, the entire team has the capacity to manage the activities, event handling, awareness building, and partner collaborations responsibly. Having stated that, we are compelled to achieve the primary objectives via SSAFC.
